- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- Combine jello and boiling water
How to make cherry congealed salad:
This recipe is pretty in a large glass bowl.Combine jello and boiling water. Add pie filling and pineapple. Mix and chill until jelled.Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. sugar8 oz. sour cream1 c. Cool Whip1 tsp. vanilla Mix softened cream cheese with sugar. Add and mix remaining ingredients. Spread topping over firm jello salad. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
