Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1/2 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• soft margarine - 1/2 c

How to make snickerdoodles:

Heat oven to 400°. Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough into balls. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture. Place 2 inches apar
