Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- almond extract - 1/4 tsp
- 2 pt - 16 oz
- Filling:3 well-beaten eggs
How to make cheesecake:
Filling:3 well-beaten eggs2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. almond extract16 oz. (2 pt.) sour cream Combine all filling ingredients except sour cream, then add sour cream. Bake in a cheesecake (spring-form) pan at 370° to 375° for 45 to 60 minutes until slightly browned.
