  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • 2 pt - 16 oz
  • Filling:3 well-beaten eggs

How to make cheesecake:

Filling:3 well-beaten eggs2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. almond extract16 oz. (2 pt.) sour cream Combine all filling ingredients except sour cream, then add sour cream. Bake in a cheesecake (spring-form) pan at 370° to 375° for 45 to 60 minutes until slightly browned. Top will crack unless left in oven to sink down and cool. Can top with canned cherry/apple/pineapple pie fillings.
