Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• sour cream - 1 pt
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• cornstarch - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• egg - 1 item
• stick melted margarine - 1 item
• Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
• stick melted margarine, cooled - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Combine above ingredients. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.Filling:1 lb. creamed cottage cheese1 c. sugar1 tsp. cornstarch4 eggs1 stick melted margarine1 pt. sour cream1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla pinch of salt Mix all ingredients together and pour into shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
