  • cream cheese - 3 (8
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • graham crackers - 1 c
  • egg whites, beaten stiffly - 4 item

How to make cheesecake:

Butter bottom and sides of spring-pan. Dust with graham crackers; spread remaining crumbs on bottom of pan. Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add egg whites. Add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. After baking for 25 minutes at 350°, remove from oven and add topping (sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla). Put back in oven and bake at 475° for 5 minutes. Let stand in refrigerator for 3 days!
