Cheese torte

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• cream - 1/2 pt
• eggs, well beaten - 4 item
• small curd cottage cheese - 2 lb
• melted butter or oleo - 1/2 c
• Holland Rusk, rolled in fine crumbs - 1 pkg

How to make cheese torte:

Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Mix the sugar and flour; mix together. Add vanilla. Mix the crumbs, melted butter or oleo, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Save 1 cup for topping. Use rest to make crust with fingers in glass 8 x 12-inch pan.
