- half and half - 1/3 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- sharp shredded Cheddar - 8 oz
How to make cheese spread:
Place cheese in bowl. Add half and half to make of spreading consistency. Stir mustard in. Spoon into serving dish. Serve with crackers, vegetables or apples. Yields 8 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
