- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- crushed potato chips
- frozen hash browns, thawed 20 to 30 minutes - 2 lb
How to make cheese potatoes:
Topping:1 c. crushed potato chips Mix first 6 ingredients; place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with chips. Bake at 375° for one hour (uncovered).Great for a big family get together!
