- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Add eggs one at a time
How to make cheese cake:
Mix cream cheese until creamy. Add eggs (one at a time). Blend well, add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour over crumb crust. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, cool 5 minutes.Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake. Bake for 5 more minutes. Cool 4 to 5 hours. Add any fruit pie filling on top and refrigerate. Makes 2 pies.Graham Cracker Crust:1 In-ter-seal packet sugar Honey Maid graham crackers, rolled finely (about 1 2/3 c.)1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. butter Roll crackers to fine, even crumbs, putting crackers in a plastic bag. Pour crumbs into bowl. Add sugar and butter. Blend well with fork. Pour crumb mixture into 9-inch pie dish. Distribute mixture evenly. Press crumbs firmly along sides and bottom, for a crispier crust, bake in oven at 375° for 8 minutes.
