- Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
- sugar
- large eggs room temperature - 4 item
- stick butter, melted and cooled - 1/2 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla
How to make cheese cake:
Beat all ingredients in order. Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Pour in an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, then at 250° for 1 hour, and turn oven off and leave 1 hour.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
