Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese, softened - 2 (8
• Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
• sugar
• large eggs room temperature - 4 item
• stick butter, melted and cooled - 1/2 item
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• vanilla

How to make cheese cake:

Beat all ingredients in order. Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Pour in an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, then at 250° for 1 hour, and turn oven off and leave 1 hour.
