- butter or margarine - 1/2 lb
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 (8
- can cherry or blueberry pie filling - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Combine flour, butter or margarine and regular sugar. Rub between hands. Press into cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until light brown. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread evenly onto crust. Pour pie filling on the top and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
