Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• milk
• oil - 2 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
• yellow cake mix no pudding in mix - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Take out 1 cup dry cake mix and reserve. To remaining cake mix add oil and egg. Mix and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan to make crust.

Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat 1 minute. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix together; then pour over prepared crust. Bake at 300° for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with pie filling.
