Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 3 Tbsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make cheese cake:

Reserve 1 cup cake mix. Combine rest of cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and 1 cup cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add milk and flavorings at low. Bake at 300° for 45 to 55 minutes. Top with pie filling, if desired.
