Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- crushed graham crackers - 2 pkg
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- can chilled Milnot - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar in bottom of pan. Bake 5 minutes. Save 1/4 of mixture for the top. Mix lemon juice, cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix jello and water. Let cool. Add lemon juice mixture to jello. Beat Milnot until stiff. Fold all ingredients together into crust. Sprinkle top with remaining graham crackers.
