Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• cream cheese - 10 oz
• vanilla - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• sliced almonds - 1/4 c
• apples - 4 c

How to make cheese cake:

Cream 1/3 cup sugar, 1 cup margarine and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Blend flour in. Spread dough onto greased pan and set up the sides. Combine softened cheese and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix well. Add 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on top of pastry and combine 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Mix with apples. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400° and bake for 25 minutes.
