- box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
- boiling water - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- can Milnot milk - 1 item
- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
How to make cheese cake:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Add gelatin and blend well. Fold cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.
