Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- soft butter - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- apple juice - 2 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese ball:
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix all together except nuts with wooden spoon. Store in airtight container in refrigerator; keeps well or mold into football or basketball and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with fancy crackers or Melba Toast.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
