Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • soft butter - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • apple juice - 2 Tbsp
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb

How to make cheese ball:

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix all together except nuts with wooden spoon. Store in airtight container in refrigerator; keeps well or mold into football or basketball and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with fancy crackers or Melba Toast.
