Barbecued beef short ribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- lard - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- apple juice - 1/2 c
- ribs - 3 lb
How to make barbecued beef short ribs:
Brown ribs in hot lard. Combine flour and mustard; add remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Yields 6 to 8 servings. Carbohydrate does not need to be considered.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Beef ribs.
