Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese Cracker Barrel - 10 oz
- small container pimento cheese - 1 item
- to 1 can Oscar Mayer real bacon bits - 3/4 item
How to make cheese ball:
Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Add garlic to taste. Refrigerate to harden. Shape into ball. Roll in nut pieces. Wrap and chill in refrigerator. Much better flavor if made a day or two before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
