Green pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 lb
- vinegar - 3 c
- green food coloring - 1/4 tsp
- large green bell peppers - 3 item
- pods hot pepper - 8 item
- bottles Certo - 2 item
How to make green pepper jelly:
Put peppers in blender with 1 cup of water. Blend, then drain off water.In pot, add all ingredients, except Certo and coloring. Boil hard for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Certo and coloring. Put in jars and seal.
