Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar - 8 oz
How to make cheese ball:
Let cheese reach room temperature. Cream together the Cheddar and 1 pack of cream cheese. Work this with fingers until smooth. Add rest of cheese and continue to work with hands until creamy. Add onions. Mix well. Chill; shape into ball and roll in chopped nuts and parsley.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
