Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 3 oz
  • finely chopped nuts - 1 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • minced onion - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1/2 c
  • jar Blue cheese - 1 item
  • jars Old English cheese sharp - 2 item

How to make cheese ball:

Soften cheese to room temperature and combine. Cut onion in fourths and chop in blender. (I add a little water, then strain the onion after it is minced.) Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/4 cup parsley to cheese mixture; mix well. Form into 2 balls. Roll in remaining nuts and parsley. Wrap balls tightly and chill. These can be frozen.
