Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- jar Blue cheese - 1 item
- jars Old English cheese sharp - 2 item
How to make cheese ball:
Soften cheese to room temperature and combine. Cut onion in fourths and chop in blender. (I add a little water, then strain the onion after it is minced.) Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/4 cup parsley to cheese mixture; mix well. Form into 2 balls. Roll in remaining nuts and parsley. Wrap balls tightly and chill.
