Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • season salt - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c

How to make cheese ball:

Mix all ingredients well except for 1 cup of pecans. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Best if chilled a day or two ahead of serving time.
