  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • finely grated onion - 1/4 c
  • or 4 drops hot sauce - 3 item
  • small jar pimento you can eliminate as it just adds color - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Mix well. Shape into ball and sprinkle with paprika.
