Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 item
- grated cheese - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onion - 1 item
- avocados - 3 item
- cans chopped green chilies - 2 item
- cans bean dip - 2 item
- envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item
- cans chopped black olives - 2 item
- medium chopped tomatoes - 2 item
- large bunch green onions, chopped fine - 1 item
How to make layered mexican dip:
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Mix avocados with lemon and 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion. Layer on pizza pan or 2 plates the bean dip, chopped green chilies, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, 4 ounces cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives and 4 ounces grated cheese.
