Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- pecans - 1 item
- chopped green onion - 1/4 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- hot sauce to taste - 1 item
- small or 1 medium crushed pineapple, drained well - 2 item
- sugar may add more - 1/2 c
How to make cheese ball:
Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add pineapple. Add all other ingredients. Place in refrigerator to get cold. Mold in mound. Roll or sprinkle with pecans.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
