Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • chopped nuts optional - 1 c
  • chopped ham - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • sharp shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • a few parsley flakes - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Then mix in the chopped ham, shredded Cheddar cheese and a few parsley flakes until all mixed up. Then cover and refrigerate overnight. Then form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts if desired.
