Cheese and spinach puffs
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- Blue cheese salad dressing - 1/2 c
How to make cheese and spinach puffs:
In pan, mix spinach and onion. Cook according to package directions. Drain well. Mix eggs, cheeses, salad dressing, butter and garlic powder. Add spinach mixture and muffin mix. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Shape dough into one-inch balls and chill until serving time. Then place balls on baking sheet and bake at 350° until light brown (about 10 to 12 minutes).
