Ingredients/Components

- cumin - 2 Tbsp
- chuck roast - 3 to
- pinto beans
- chili seasonings - 2 pkg
- to 1 lb
- garlic cloves, chopped into halves - 4 item
How to make chalupas:
Place roast in large roasting pan. Cover the roast with water. Then add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook at 250° for 8 hours. Remove bones. (Meat should cook to pieces.) Stir meat mixture together. Serve over Doritos. Top with grated cheese, chopped onion, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, sliced ripe olives and picante sauce, if desired. Serves a large group.
