- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 3 c
How to make carrot-raisin bread:
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for raisins and carrots. After batter is mixed well, add carrots and raisins. Mix well. Pour batter into floured and greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Grains.
