Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- can beef gravy - 1 1/4
How to make carrot meatballs:
Mix in bowl beets, carrots, onion, egg, milk, salt and pepper. Shape in 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Heat oil in large skillet and brown meatballs. Add gravy. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are done. If desired, serve over noodles or rice. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Meatballs.
