Carrot layer cake

- eggs - 4 item
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- honey
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3 c
How to make carrot layer cake:
Beat eggs and oil together until well blended. Add honey in a fine stream, beating constantly. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to batter in 2 additions, beating well after each addition. Fold in carrots and add pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests done with toothpick.
