Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 tsp
- carrots - 3 c
- onion, chopped - 2 tsp
- Longhorn cheese - 4 tsp
- dry bread crumbs Pepperidge Farm - 1 c
How to make carrot casserole:
Cut and cook carrots. Grate the cheese. Saute onion. Mix together lightly in a baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325° to 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
