Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- American cheese - 1/4 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- stuffed olives - 1/4 c
- cooked carrots - 1 c
- half and half or milk - 1/2 c
How to make carrot casserole:
Mash carrots, diced cheese and olives. Combine all the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste, and top with butter and extra cracker crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350° until bubbly and slightly brown.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
