Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- carrots, cooked - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Slice and cook carrots; drain. Slice pepper and onion; mix with carrots in medium-size bowl. Mix remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour over carrots and let stand overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
