Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • small green pepper - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 1/2 c
  • carrots, cooked - 5 c

How to make marinated carrots:

Slice and cook carrots; drain. Slice pepper and onion; mix with carrots in medium-size bowl. Mix remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour over carrots and let stand overnight.
