• oil
• soda - 2 tsp
• grated carrots - 3 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• chopped nuts, roasted - 1 c

How to make carrot cake:

Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts, roasted1 stick butter2 tsp. vanilla Mix softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla; add nuts last.
