Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- grated carrots - 3 c
- Add oil; mix very well with mixer
- butter - 1/4 lb
- powdered sugar - 4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
How to make carrot cake:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil; mix very well with mixer. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat thoroughly after each egg. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
