Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• tsp salt - 1 item
• c sugar - 2 item
• c flour - 2 item
• tsp cinnamon - 2 item
• tsp soda - 2 item
• c pecans - 1/2 item
• cup grated carrots - 3 item
• 1/3 c Wesson oil - 1 item

How to make carrot cake:

Mix eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add carrots and nuts. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes.
