- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Beat in eggs, one at a time
How to make carrot cake:
Blend oil and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients; mix into carrots. Pour into greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch or 3 x 9-inch).
