  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time

How to make carrot cake:

Blend oil and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients; mix into carrots. Pour into greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch or 3 x 9-inch). Bake at 350° for 1 hour or 18 to 25 minutes.Frosting:1 stick oleo (1/2 c.)1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 c. nuts vanilla
