Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- grated carrots - 4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts
- cream or milk - 1/4 c
- Topping:1 stick oleo
- coconut and nuts, mixed
How to make carrot cake:
Mix together and bake at 325° for 1 hour.Topping:1 stick oleo1/4 c. cream or milk1 1/2 c. coconut and nuts, mixed1 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Place on top of cake and place under broiler until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
