Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- plain flour - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- carrots, grated - 3 c
- Wesson oil
- box 10x sugar - 1 item
- Beat until creamy the sugar and Wesson oil
How to make carrot cake:
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt and set aside. Beat until creamy the sugar and Wesson oil. Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Then add dry ingredients. Then add carrots.
