Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • nuts, broken - 3/4 c
  • sugar, melted - 1 c

How to make caramel fudge:

Bring 3 cups sugar and milk to 212°. Add melted sugar. Cook to soft ball. Cool. Pour in buttered pan.
