Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 14 oz
- butter - 2/3 c
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make caramel brownies:
Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk; set aside. Mix cake mix and rest of milk, butter and pecans. Put 1/2 of cake mix in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over cake, then drizzle caramel mixture on top. Pour remaining cake mix on top of caramels.
