Candied yams
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- or 6 sweet potatoes - 4 item
How to make candied yams:
Boil potatoes with peelings. When potatoes are tender and cool, peel and slice in quarters. Place in baking dish. Put margarine and sugars (white and brown) over top of potatoes. Cover with lid. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.In memory of Marlin and Laura Hitchcock.
