Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• oil - 1/2 c
• yellow cake mix - 1 item
• can mandarin oranges - 1 item
• French vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
• Add juice to oil to equal 1 cup can add water to bring to 1 cup

How to make cajun cake:

Drain mandarin oranges. Add juice to oil to equal 1 cup (can add water to bring to 1 cup). Put eggs, oil mixture and cake mix in bowl and mix. Add oranges to mixture and beat. Bake at 350° according to mix instructions.Topping:1 large Cool Whip1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding1 c. crushed pineapple, drained Mix together and spread over cooled cake
