- salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped cabbage - 1/4 c
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- canned tomatoes - 1 c
- cabbage leaves - 1 item
How to make cabbage rolls:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except cabbage leaves. Form mixture into small balls. Wrap cabbage leaves around balls; secure with toothpick. Place rolls in a Dutch oven. Cover with 1 cup tomato sauce; place top on Dutch oven and cook slowly for abouRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
