- ground meat - 1 1
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies - 1 item
- cans stewed tomatoes optional - 2 item
How to make cabbage creole:
In skillet, cook meat, onion and bell pepper until done. Pour off grease. In large pan, cook chopped cabbage and tomatoes until done. Combine all; add Cheddar cheese soup. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, an hour or more.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Creole.
