- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup cornmeal - 1 item
- cup softened margarine - 2/3 item
- 2/3 cups milk - 1 item
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour - 2 item
How to make buttery cornbread:
Cream butter and sugar. Combine eggs and milk. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Side dish.
