- milk - 2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- butter - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- baked pie shell large - 1 item
How to make butterscotch pie:
Combine 1 cup brown sugar, water, butter and corn syrup. Cook until a small amount forms a soft ball in cold water. Scald milk. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, cornstarch and flour. Mix well.
