Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- egg yolks - 4 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix flour, egg yolks and milk. Beat well. Add butter and cook in double boiler until thick. Add flavoring. Pour in baked pie shell. Top with meringue made of beaten egg whites and sugar. Put in oven and brown top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
